Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we can only refund postage costs if your item arrived faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service and keeping your proof of postage.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please pack them carefully so they arrive back with us safe and sound.
We'll email you once your return has arrived. Your refund will then be processed and may take up to 7 days to reach your account.
